I grew up middle class Midwest America suburbia. As a single child with divorced parents, I moved a lot: six schools before 18, 10+ addresses, afterschool programs, summer camps, day cares, etc. I learned how to be social and adapt to every environment. Adults would say “you’re so mature for your age”. I didn’t know it then, but I was building my skills as an intuitive and psychic. I became a master at reading the room and knowing how to connect with whomever - a chameleon.
Post college in my coveted corporate job, I began to realize I didn’t know myself. I didn’t know what actually made me happy, or what my true heart's desire was. Up until then, I was only concerned with making sure everyone liked me and I was accepted.
My search of self discovery began! As most women do, I started on the outside. I thought turning to Hot Power Yoga to become skinner would make me happy.
I wasn't always obsessed with signs from the universe, self-discovery, past lives, and energy healing. I was the girl next door striving to make my parents proud and do everything for everyone else.
